Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute® Instant Jasmine Rice
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups packed kale leaves, chopped
  • 2 tsp lemon juice

  • Prepare rice according to package directions.

  • Meanwhile, heat butter and oil in a medium saucepan set over medium heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Add kale; cook for 2-3 mins or until wilted.

  • Add rice to kale mixture; stir in lemon juice.
