Ingredients

  • 2 cups Minute® Premium Rice
  • 1 tsp canola oil
  • 1 cup frozen meatless ground beef, thawed
  • 6 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 can (6 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 2 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  • This fast and tasty recipe combines earthy mushrooms with a fried rice mixture of egg, onions, soy sauce and our Minute® Instant Premium Rice. Try it tonight!

    Step 1

  • Prepare rice according to package directions.

    Step 2

  • Meanwhile, heat oil in a large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

    Step 3

  • Add meatless ground beef and onions. Sauté for 3-5 minutes, or until cooked through. Push beef mixture to one side of skillet. Add egg to other side of skillet; cook until set, stirring constantly.

    Step 4

  • Add mushrooms, soy sauce and rice and stir to combine. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until heated through.
