Making a Cheeseburger Rice skillet is a whole lot easier than it might sound. Simply sauté a base layer of chopped onion and ground beef until it is cooked through, making sure to drain off any excess fat. Next, add ketchup, mustard and water. After that mixture comes to a boil, stir in the Minute® Instant White Rice and Cheddar cheese. Cover the pan and let it sit while the rice absorbs the liquid. A burger-inspired meal in mere minutes?
