Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Jasmine Rice
  • 1/3 cup diced, cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup julienned snow pea pods, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp sesame ginger salad dressing
  • 1 tbsp sliced red onion
  • 2 cups salad greens
  • 1/4 cup mandarin orange segments
  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds

Instructions

  • Tossed in a tasty sesame ginger salad dressing, this citrusy and savory salad will be an instant favorite! 

     Step 1 

    Heat rice according to package directions. 

     Step 2 

    Combine rice, chicken, snow peas, dressing and onions in a medium bowl. Blend well. 

     Step 3 

    Serve rice mixture on a bed of salad greens. Top with mandarin orange segments and almonds.
