Ingredients

  • 1 Minute® Multi-Grain Medley Cup
  • 2 cups packed field greens salad mix (Romaine Lettuce, Endive, Radicchio)
  • 1/4 cup frozen butternut squash, cooked
  • 1/3 cup cranberries
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

  • This Warm Winter Salad combines all your favourite leafy greens with Minute® Multi-Grain Medley Rice Cups for a unique and delicious meal. 

    Step 1

  • Heat rice according to package directions. 

    Step 2
