Step 1
Heat the rice according to package directions.
Step 2
Place beans in a microwave-safe container and microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds, or until hot.
Step 3
Stir the rice and beans together.
Step 4
Wrap the tortilla in paper towels and microwave on HIGH for 15 seconds, or until warm.
Step 5
