Step 1
Heat rice according to package directions.

In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the sliced corned beef and cook for 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove the corned beef from the pan and set it aside.

In the same pan, add the cabbage. Sauté for 2 minutes or until softened. Add the mushrooms and carrots and stir to combine everything.

In a medium bowl, whisk the powdered gravy mix with the Irish stout beer until well combined.
