Step 1
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cover. Cook for 4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through (165°F). Remove chicken from skillet and cover to keep warm.
Step 2
Stir in water, soup, 1/4 teaspoon paprika and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Bring to a boil.
Step 3
Add broccoli and rice and stir to combine. Top with chicken.
Step 4
Sprinkle chicken with remaining paprika and pepper and cover. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes, or until rice is tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
