Step 1
Combine sausage, tomatoes, water, bouillon and hot pepper sauce in a large, high-sided sauté pan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until bouillon is completely dissolved.
Step 2
Stir in rice; cover. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Fluff with a fork and serve.
