Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 oz) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes (with juice)
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup kale, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup Minute Instant White Rice

  • Step 1
