Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 sweet potatoes, diced
  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
