  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup beef, thinly sliced then chopped
  • ¼ cup onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/8 salt
  • 1/8 black pepper
  • 2 slices provolone cheese
