

Making spring rolls takes practice. This spring roll rice bowl does not. All you have to do is microwave a Minute Jasmine Rice Cup for 1 minute, shred some carrots and slice up some cukes. Then put it all in a bowl and add cooked shrimp, cilantro and ginger seasoning if you’ve got them. Or just top off your rice with a chopped-up spring roll from last night’s takeout. It might just work.

At first it felt wrong. Chop up a perfectly good spring roll? But curiosity (or was it hunger?) got the better of Juan. What if he could have spring rolls AND jasmine rice…together?
