Ingredients

  • 2 Minute® Jalapeno Rice cups
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced green chiles, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  • Step 1

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Heat rice according to package directions.  

    Step 2

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the rice, prepared according to pack instructions, green chiles, 1 cup cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated. 

    Step 3

  • Pour the mixture into a cooking spray coated 8×8-inch casserole dish. Spread it out evenly.

  • Top with remaining cheese.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
