Ingredients

  • 1 Minute® Cilantro & Lime Rice Cup
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp poblano pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup spinach
  • 1 tbsp onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped

Instructions

  • With this Arroz Verde recipe, you can enjoy a flavorful lunch or dinner in just 8 minutes, making it the perfect meal for a busy day.

    Step 1

  • Heat rice according to package directions. 

    Step 2

  • In a small pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic to pan for 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add poblano pepper, spinach, onion, and garlic to the pan. Cook for about 2 minutes or until ingredients are softened. 

    Step 3

  • Place the ingredients from the pan into a blender with salt until smooth. Add a tbsp of water if needed. 

    Step 4

  • In small bowl combine the rice with the green sauce and serve.
