Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) chicken broth
  • 1 jar (10 oz) sweet and sour sauce
  • 2 cups Minute® White Rice
  • 1 can (8 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped

Instructions

  • Serve a restaurant-style meal by preparing this Slow Cooker Sweet and Sour Pork and serving it over a bed of our Minute® Instant White Rice. Simple ingredients make this recipe even faster than your average Minute® Rice recipe. But don’t let the simple ingredients fool you. This mixture of flavors is as tasty as any other homemade sweet and sour recipe!

    Step 1

  • Place pork in slow cooker; top with onions, broth and sweet and sour sauce. Cover with lid.

  • Cook on Low for 6-7 hours, or on High for 4 hours.

    Step 3

  • Add rice, pineapple and green bell pepper to slow cooker and stir to combine. Cover and cook on Low for an additional 20 minutes, or until rice is tender.
