Ingredients

  • 2 Minute® Sticky Rice Cups
  • 5 imitation crab sticks, shredded
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Japanese mayo
  • 3 tbsp furikake, divided
  • 1 avocado, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 tbsp eel sauce
  • 15-20 store bought precut seaweed squares (can be flavored like teriyaki or sea salt)

    Step 1

  • Preheat oven to 375°. Heat rice according to package directions. 

    Step 2

  • In a medium bowl, fully combine imitation crab, cream cheese, and mayo. 

    Step 3

  • In a small 9.5” oven safe casserole dish, place rice in the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle furikake over top. 

    Step 4

  • Add crab mixture on top of the rice. Place in oven for 15 minutes. 

    Step 5

  • Remove from oven and lay avocado slices over top. Drizzle sriracha and eel sauce on top. Top off with remaining furikake. 

    Step 6

  • Serve with seaweed squares. Spoon a little onto each square and enjoy.
