Preparation

Microwave

  1. PULL or cut film to vent bowl.
  2. PLACE bowl in microwave and heat on HIGH for 2 minutes. For softer rice heat for 3 minutes.
  3. IMPORTANT: Remove bowl carefully from microwave oven taking hold of bowl from the sides using an oven mitts or potholders. DO NOT PLACE HAND OVER TOP OF BOWL WHEN REMOVING. CAUTION: bowl and steam will be very hot.
  4. STIR rice and serve immediately.
  5. Microwave ovens and cooking times may vary.
  6. Cover and refrigerate unused portion after opening.

Stove

  1. Pull or cut film to vent bowl. Empty contents into medium skillet or saucepan and break up any clumps.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons water (or broth, juice) and heat on medium for 3-5 minutes until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
